Overview We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to join a small, fast‑moving team building production‑grade internal tools powered by AI. This is a ground‑floor opportunity to define the user experience across multiple product surfaces—including dashboards, workflow automation tools, CRM systems, and AI‑powered reporting interfaces. As the sole designer embedded within a team of senior engineers, you will own the end‑to‑end design process, establish a lightweight design system, and ensure a consistent, intuitive, and high‑quality experience across all internal tools.
