As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and passionate Sr. UX Designer to play a vital role in shaping the end-to-end experiences, insist on the highest quality of interaction design, and impact multiple experiences by harmonizing common patterns of use. In this role, you will help us define a north star vision for finance and people management tools and refine recommendations for common UI patterns working closely with AWS Design System teams. In crafting these experiences, you will work cross-functionally with Product Managers, Researchers, Engineers, Program Managers and many others across the organization. You will lead UX design from research and discovery to high fidelity designs and release. You will also be working closely with Product Management to help craft the vision and set the product direction. To be successful, you must be a critical, inventive, and strategic thinker with clear design chops and an ability to communicate your ideas effectively to peers, stakeholders and executives. Finance and enterprise design experience is a plus!
