Must Have
7+ years of design experience, Experience with AI/ML technologies, Experience developing and driving projects with tight schedules and multiple dependencies, Experience presenting designs and collaborating with all levels of the organization, Experience in visual design, Knowledge of mobile and web design patterns and accessibility standards, Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar
Nice to Have
Experience with voice interface, natural language or multimodal design, Experience in an online advertising role, Familiarity with advertising products and ad serving technologies, Experience demonstrating analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data, Ability to establish cross-organizational mechanisms and drive strategic initiatives

Present to senior leadership
Create high-fidelity vision designs
Create interactive prototypes
Identify strategic opportunities
Develop experience frameworks
Translate bold creative concepts into actionable product requirements
Audit implementation quality
Identify gaps in existing tooling and content pipelines
Advocate for solutions that maintain design integrity
Partner with engineering teams
Partner with data science and ML teams
Leverage appropriate models for personalization and multimodal rendering
Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate design
Identify top-performing interaction patterns
Make evidence-based recommendations for iteration and scale
