## Accountabilities Lead the launch and end-to-end ownership of the Brazilian market, driving user acquisition strategy and subscription growth across all paid channels. Define and execute the country-level growth strategy, including channel mix, audience targeting, budgeting, and scaling toward seven-figure monthly ad spend. Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across global platforms and Brazilian local ad networks, ensuring efficient CAC and strong ROAS. Develop deep localization strategies for creatives and messaging tailored to Brazilian audiences, working closely with creative teams to maximize conversion performance. Build performance tracking models and dashboards using Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel to monitor, forecast, and optimize growth. Own experimentation, testing, and iteration cycles across channels, ensuring continuous performance improvement and scalable learnings. Requirements: This role requires a highly experienced performance marketing professional with proven success in launching and scaling user acquisition in Brazil, particularly for D2C subscription products. The ideal candidate is both analytically strong and execution-driven, capable of independently managing large budgets and delivering consistent growth in competitive environments. 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid user acquisition for D2C subscription or web-to-web products. Proven track record of launching and scaling the Brazilian market with full ownership of performance targets. Experience managing $100K+ monthly ad spend with accountability for ROAS and CAC efficiency. Deep expertise in Brazilian digital advertising ecosystems, including local ad networks beyond global platforms. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and Mixpanel for performance modeling and reporting.
