Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/ ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own and scale Bing (Microsoft Advertising) as a performance channel for one of our core D2C subscription products. The channel is live today, but current volumes are below what we believe Bing can deliver — you will be fully responsible for changing that: strategy, budget, campaign structures, and consistent, high-ROI growth, driving subscriptions through web funnels. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who has already run Bing at six-figure monthly spend and knows how to scale search volume profitably. You are expected to make independent, data-driven decisions, present a clear weekly channel strategy, and deliver consistent, predictable growth. The bar is high and so is the upside — performance here is directly and significantly rewarded, and strong operators take on bigger scope fast. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES CHANNEL OWNERSHIP & PERFORMANCE - Own and optimise the Microsoft Advertising account end to end — structure, bidding, budget allocation, scaling. - Grow channel volume well beyond current levels while maintaining efficient CPA and positive ROI. - Prepare and present a clear weekly channel strategy with results and next steps. SEARCH STRATEGY & EXPANSION - Design and refine campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bidding approaches. - Test and scale campaign types beyond core search, including Microsoft Audience Network. - Expand into new geos and segments based on performance data. CREATIVE & MESSAGING COLLABORATION - Work closely with the creative team on ad copy and assets for search and
