What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed Bachelor degree of Architecture, Completed Master’s degree on Urban Design, Urban Planning or similar disciplines, Spanish Native speaker, Full command of the English language, 10+ years of related work experience in urban design and master planning, Experience managing and developing in large architectural & urban design projects, Experience managing support team members to deliver the project outcomes in time and within budget, Exceptional graphic communication skills, Proficiency in creating compelling and high-quality 3D renderings or sketches to effectively convey key experiences and spatial concepts, Site analysis experience with a territorial approach, identifying challenges, opportunities & key landscape differentiators, Able to produce design guidelines and material, color & plant palettes, Ability to deliver on time challenging projects and deadlines, Fluent in AutoCAD, Fluent in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, In-Design and Photoshop), Fluent in SketchUp, Ability to work independently, Ability to thrive in a creative, collaborative environment, Organized, Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, Proactive, Multi-tasking skills, Time management skills

What You'll Do.
Lead urban design projects
Coordinate with support team
Coordinate conversations with client
Work with Urban Design and Master Planning team
Produce Landscape Architecture documents
Collaborate with Urban Design Team
Generate creative visioning ideas
Produce 3D renderings or sketches
Assist in preparation of reports
Assist in writing proposals
Synthesize and conceptualize diagrams
Develop presentations
