What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of hands-on experience in Intelligent Automation software engineering, deep, demonstrable expertise in developing complex workflows in UiPath, proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and REFramework, UiPath Advanced RPA Developer certification, Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath, practical experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction and Processing), Solid experience with AI Center, Action Center, proven expertise in building Agentic AI solutions, Proven experience in designing and delivering multiple RPA solutions with UiPath, Solid command of software engineering principles, SQL databases, API integrations, version control (Git), Exceptional analytical skills, ability to reverse-engineer legacy processes, design elegant, efficient modern architectures, ability to articulate technical challenges and solutions clearly, Confident in English (written and spoken)
Nice to Have
Proficiency in building custom automation components using C#, .NET, Python, UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification, Experience integrating AI/ML models or document understanding tools into RPA workflows

Refactor and optimize workflows
deploy Intelligent Automation solutions
Act as technical guide for junior engineers
Assist Tech Lead with code reviews
Architect scalable automation solutions
deliver Agentic AI solutions
Support development across Delivery team
Foster adoption of new UiPath features
Apply new UiPath features to improve performance
Support project planning and estimation
post-deployment support
Participate in CI/CD pipeline
Write and execute automated tests
Work with Business Analysts for requirements
Flag technical risks to Tech Lead
