We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of complex features and help elevate the overall quality of the player experience. This role combines strong UX thinking and UI execution, with a focus on ownership, decision-making, and improving both design quality and team output. 1. UX & UI Design Leadership * Lead the design of complex features, from user flows to final UI * Define clear interaction models and ensure a coherent player experience * Make design decisions that balance player needs, game design goals, and technical constraints 2. Feature Ownership * Own the UI/UX of key features from concept to implementation * Drive alignment with Game Design, Tech, and Production * Anticipate risks and resolve design challenges early 3. Design Quality & Consistency * Ensure a high level of quality, clarity, and consistency across features * Apply and reinforce existing UI systems and UX patterns * Identify gaps or inconsistencies and propose improvements 4.
