What They're Looking For.
Must Have
hands-on experience in UI/UX design for digital products, with a portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and execution quality, Practical experience in designing customer-facing digital products such as e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, websites, or mini-programs, understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, usability, accessibility, and responsive design, Proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, user flows, and design specifications, Experience in working closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders in agile product delivery environments, Good understanding of how design decisions impact customer experience, conversion, usability, and business performance, Ability to conduct or support user research, usability testing, design validation, and interpretation of product or user feedback, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly explain design rationale and influence decisions across teams, attention to detail with the ability to balance creativity, consistency, practicality, and delivery speed, Known for promoting design quality, collaboration, structured thinking, and continuous improvement

Experience with design systems, reusable components, and scalable interface patterns is preferred, Experience in e-commerce, retail, omnichannel, or other consumer-facing digital businesses is highly preferred, Experience in multicultural and fast-paced environments is preferred

Purpose of Position The Senior UI/UX Designer will be responsible for driving the design of intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences across CASETiFY’s customer-facing and internal digital products. The incumbent will work closely with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners to create user-centered solutions that improve usability, engagement, conversion, and overall customer experience. The incumbent is expected to bring strong hands-on experience in both UI and UX design, with the ability to translate business goals, user needs, and technical constraints into effective design solutions.
