Secret clearance, Support offsite at Redstone Arsenal, Bachelor's degree and 10 years experience, Masters degree and 7 years experience, PhD and 4 years experience, Certified sUAS Master Trainer, Common Faculty Development – Instructor Course Certified, Experience developing technical training programs, Experience delivering technical training programs, Experience developing operational training programs, Experience delivering operational training programs, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency with collaboration tools
Nice to Have
Experience supporting U. S. Army UAS programs, Familiarity with UAS platforms, Familiarity with UAS operations, Familiarity with UAS maintenance concepts, Experience with training development standards, Experience supporting New Equipment Training, Experience supporting system fielding activities, Familiarity with simulation systems, Familiarity with mission planning tools, Familiarity with digital training environments
