MEET THE TEAM: At Preply, we take pride in having the largest and most diverse base of tutors among all online language learning platforms. Our tutors play a crucial role in our vision to power people's progress. We are constantly pushing the boundaries, conducting hundreds of AB tests, and identifying opportunities to enhance the experience for both our students and tutors. As a member of the Learning Design & Sciences team, you’ll be working jointly with the Learning Tribe, which focuses on creating best-in-class learning experiences and tutor tooling and the Supply Operations team, which focuses on delivering life-changing learning experiences for tutors. In this role, you will lead on defining teaching quality at Preply: the skills and capabilities we want our tutors to have, how we measure these and how we grow them. You’ll co-lead on our ambitious Academy strategy: helping to define, design and commission our tutor development offering - ensuring that Preply tutors can access the development they need to succeed.
