What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3–5 years of experience in corporate treasury, finance operations, or a tech-adjacent finance role, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, Independent self-starter who drives results, Communicates clearly, Builds cross-functional relationships, Genuine builder’s mindset around AI and automation, Comfortable working in complex enterprise systems, Technically curious and unafraid of learning new systems
Nice to Have
CTP, CPA, or CFA preferred
What You'll Do.
Design and build AI-assisted workflows
Turn recurring tasks into autonomous or near-autonomous processes
Serve as one of the team’s Kyriba power users
Unlock platform capabilities
Optimize configurations
Translate Treasury business needs into technical requirements
Own process documentation
and adoption for all new technology workflows
Assist the International Treasury Director across all M&A integration
Represent the Treasury workstream with clarity and accountability
Lead bank account rationalization for acquired entities
Manage all related KYC
and migration onto ServiceNow’s core banking structure
Perform standard cash operations for in-flight integrations
Support intercompany funding and migration onto ServiceNow’s cash management
Maintain task tracking and metrics
Apply AI tools to turn complex integration activities into streamlined
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Builds cross-functional relationships; Serve as one of the primary Treasury contacts with the Finance M&A integration team
Communication Scope
Communicates clearly; Represent the Treasury workstream with clarity and accountability
Process & Methodology
Own process documentation, training, and adoption, Lead bank account rationalization, Maintain task tracking and metrics
