Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 5+ years progressive experience, Initiating payments in online banking portals, Maintaining bank accounts and banking relationships, Supporting accounting for international operations, Multi-currency environments, Global banking considerations, Organizational skills, Attention to detail, Manage multiple priorities and deadlines, Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Learn and adapt to new financial systems, Work independently with limited supervision, Maintain judgment and accountability, Proven problem-solving skills, Troubleshoot time-sensitive issues, Resolve unfamiliar challenges efficiently, Flexibility to support treasury activities outside standard business hours, Handle sensitive financial and personal information in a confidential manner
Nice to Have
CFA charterholder preferred, CPA preferred, FRM preferred, Experience with Python, Experience with R, Experience with SQL, Experience with Bloomberg Terminal, Experience with Reuters Eikon, Experience with FactSet
What You'll Do.
Perform weekly cash balance monitoring
Maintain treasury-related schedules
Input payments in online banking portals
Assist with bank account administration
Assist with banking portal administration
Manage and support company credit card programs
Manage and support company expense programs
Support external audit requests
Perform monthly close activities
Prepare journal entries
Prepare reconciliations
Support accounting and finance operations projects
Identify opportunities to streamline payment processes
Identify opportunities to streamline vendor processes
Identify opportunities to streamline banking processes
Maintain process documentation
Maintain standard operating procedures
Handle sensitive financial information
