Position Overview Woolpert is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our growing Transportation Practice in Florida (offices in Coral Gables, Orlando, Pensacola, St. Petersburg, Ft. Lauderdale). Project Manager will primarily lead the execution of projects from proposal through detailed design (seller doer role). Ideal candidates will be self-motivated with a strong technical background to guide staff through projects. The Project Manager may also serve as a subject matter expert in support of other projects across the country and around the world. There is potential for upward mobility within our rapidly growing Transportation Practice. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located. What You Will Do: Lead project teams through the development of preliminary engineering, detailed design, and quantification of transportation projects. Ensure deliverables and quality standards are met in accordance with the agreed scope, schedule, and budget. Manage and support internal and client cross-functional teams. Leverage existing relationships and new client and consultant relationships in the pursuit of new work. Actively participate in professional societies, organizations, and conferences by serving on boards, presenting at luncheons or conferences.
