What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline, 12–15 years of relevant experience in traffic engineering or transportation planning, Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or transportation projects, Proficiency in traffic modeling tools such as Aimsun, VISSIM, Synchro, or similar platforms, In-depth understanding of traffic regulations, safety standards, and regional guidelines, Experience with ITS, smart mobility solutions, and sustainable transportation initiatives
Nice to Have
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
