Proven experience managing large, complex projects in a matrix or cross-functional environment, ideally within a large multi-brand organisation, Grounding in project and programme management methodologies such as PRINCE2, MSP or Agile, with the ability to apply these pragmatically across varied initiatives, Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels — from senior leadership to third-party vendors — with the confidence to assign accountability and hold people to delivery, Risk, issue and decision-making capability, with sound judgement when navigating difficult calls and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place and regularly reviewed, Outstanding communication, planning and prioritisation skills, with the ability to develop both high-level roadmaps and detailed delivery plans while leading and motivating multi-disciplinary teams

Senior Transformation Project Manager Business Change Manager (M) As part of our growing Change and Transformation team, the Senior Project Manager will report to the UKI Transformation Programme Manager and play a key role in driving our change agenda forward.
