This is a temporary position until March 19, 2027. Fluent communication skills in English are required.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience processing transfers in a back-office department of a financial securities firm. Must possess organizational, time management, and decision-making skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a detailed, fast-paced environment. Requires superior customer service skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to work independently and as a team player, be highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

Post-secondary education in business or financial administration is preferred. Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or IFIC Operations Course is an asset. Dataphile, ATON, CDS, Arrow and/or Fundserv knowledge and experience is an asset. Bilingual skills in French are an asset.

What You'll Do.

The Senior Transfers Administrator is responsible for the daily processing, review, and approval of financial industry transfers and dealing with escalated items.

This role involves interacting with other departments and external financial institutions, processing month-end reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

The administrator also acts as a department resource, providing coaching and mentoring, and leading department projects.
