This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leasing professional who thrives on complex commercial negotiations and strategic portfolio management. Reporting to the National Retail Leasing Director, you will lead the negotiation and execution of complex, high-value retail lease transactions across a designated portfolio. Your focus will be on renewals, relocations, restructures, refurbishments, and make-good obligations—driving optimal commercial outcomes aligned to Client strategy. This role requires strong commercial acumen, senior-level stakeholder management, and the ability to operate autonomously while contributing strategically to portfolio-wide leasing initiatives.
