A Bachelor’s degree is required., 7-10 years of relevant work experience with at least 4-8 years as a Transaction Manager, CRE experience., Seasoned transaction management experience with proven skills in contract review and lease/purchase and sale negotiations., Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives., Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts., Strong, verbal and written communication and presentation skills., Excellent negotiating, analytical, communication, collaboration, organization/planning and process skills., ability to interpret and communicate business intelligence/data analytics., Outstanding client service skills., Coach and develop junior teammates to reach full potential, lead a diverse team.

What You'll Do.

Manage and execute complex lease transactions

Foster client relationships and business growth

Oversee regular reporting

Prepare memorandum documenting significant client issues

Develop strategic plans

Lead Transaction Manager on account(s)

Collaborate and share workload with Analysts

Direct special projects/assignments

Manage and work with professionals across disciplines

Recognize opportunities to bring additional services

Assemble broader teams to support client

Manage client relationships for strategic clients

Provide advice on client transactions

Lead regular client meetings and conference calls

Improve client transaction management processes

Resolve financial model

Manage building tours with the client

This position will be responsible for overseeing regular reporting, budgets, cash flow forecasts, memorandum documenting significant client issues and strategic planning. This position works as the lead Transaction Manager on an account(s); will collaborate and share workload with Analysts and possibly other Transaction Managers. This position will also work on and will be asked to direct special projects/assignments as needed. Our Sr. Transaction Manager will manage and work with professionals across a wide variety of disciplines and business units and should have the ability to recognize opportunities to bring additional services to existing client(s)/partner with the Account Lead(s) to assemble broader teams to support the client as required.
