Training Managers and Supervisors selection, training, and guidance, Product Training branch management, Initiation, development, and implementation of site-wide initiatives, Campaign specific training programs for Team Leaders and Teammates, Creation and maintenance of materials for campaign task mastery, Pioneering campaign specific training needs and programs, Creation and execution of TL and TM development training, Providing sufficiently technical but engaging campaign specific training, Acting as in-house expert for training materials, Ensuring training alignment with campaign and business objectives, Proactive exploration of department and campaign needs for training materials, Publishing a year-long training calendar with quarterly objectives, Planning total training policies, programs, new testing tools, methods and systems
