Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer and/or Production Engineer, preferably in mining or heavy industry, Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training administration tools, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, Good command of the English language (written and spoken), Solid understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training program evaluation methodologies, Experience with graphic design and presentation software (e. g. , PowerPoint, Articulate, Canva, or similar tools), Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices related to training and development, domain expertise in technical fields such as mining, mechanical engineering, electronics, or related disciplines, Valid driver’s license
What You'll Do.
Design and develop comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs

Create and continuously improve training materials such as presentations

Build structured training curricula covering both foundational knowledge and advanced skill development

Apply instructional design principles to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences

Deliver training through multiple formats

Stay current with industry trends

Maintain accurate records of training activities
