What You Will Do Develop comprehensive working knowledge of internal systems. Troubleshoot, identify root causes and proactively suggest solutions and enhancements Provide timely response and resolution to alerts, queries and issues raised by trading teams Facilitate onboarding of new accounts and complete setup in relevant trading-related systems Liaise with other teams and continuously develop innovative ways to improve processes and procedures Assist with system automation projects Document detailed procedures, review and enhance existing technical documentation Who You Are At least 5 years of trading infrastructure and application support experience, ideally from buy-side background Have a good understanding of financial products Strong technical skills and interest in Python & Linux Fluency in English & Mandarin to communicate effectively with colleagues across different locations Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills, and doesn’t settle for mediocrity Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure in a very fast-paced environment, and be able to adjust the priority of assignments on short notice Ideally with an advanced degree in STEM Why Join Us Competitive remuneration package and a meritocratic cult
