Based at Enstone, this role will play a crucial part in helping us push for podiums and race wins. **Your challenge:** As our Trackside Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of the car’s control systems during race events and crucial test activities. Working in an intense, time‑critical environment, your expertise will ensure that control software, hardware, and operational processes perform flawlessly, contributing directly to race execution, car performance, and reliability.
