5+ years of hands-on experience in test development, firmware development, automation, or software engineering, experience with server firmware and corresponding test methodologies, Proficiency in crafting and implementing automated test frameworks and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Python, Java, Jenkins, and Robot Framework, Proven understanding of server hardware, BIOS/UEFI, BMC, and related firmware components, Experience with AI coding tools (e. g. , Cursor, Windsurf, GitHub Copilot) and integrating them into test workflows
