What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) required, 6–8 years of relevant pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, Minimum of 4 years in specialty sales or within the relevant therapeutic area
Nice to Have
At least 2 years of experience as a Therapeutic Specialist preferred, Completion of Norwegian pharmaceutical sales certifications as required
What You'll Do.
Develop and execute a territory business plan
Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions
Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals
Communicate product value through discussions
Promote the appropriate and responsible use of company products
Analyze sales and market data
Manage territory budgets
Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks
Operate in full compliance with all applicable laws
