As a Senior Theatre Practitioner at our Chichester Hospital, you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and have strong clinical experience. **As a Senior Theatre Practitioner, you will:** * Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Nuffield Health way of caring * Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be * Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs * Enjoy autonomy to make decisions that ensure excellent patient care * Provide day-to-day supervision, including clinical supervision of junior nursing staff and students * Contribute to scheduling and rotas, recruitment, induction, performance reviews and training **Helping you feel good** We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
