The Head of Testing is accountable for defining and leading the end to end testing strategy across all Global Business Platforms, including D365, Workday, Workfront, Salesforce, and enterprise integrations. This role ensures consistent quality, risk reduction, and production stability while accelerating delivery through automation, AI enabled testing, and modern DevOps practices. **Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities** **Global Testing Strategy & Governance** * Define and own the **global testing strategy, standards, and governance model** across all business platforms. * Establish a **risk‑based testing approach** aligned to platform criticality, integration complexity, and business impact. * Ensure testing practices align with **SDLC, DevOps, and release management models** (CI/CD and gated releases). * Drive Regression testing automation across business platforms. **Platform & Integration Testing** * Oversee testing across core platforms: * Microsoft **D365** * **Workday** * **Workfront** * **Salesforce** * Ensure robust **integration, data flow, and end‑to‑end testing** across upstream and downstream systems. * Drive consistent **environment alignment** across Dev, Test, UAT, Pre‑Prod, and Production. **Test Automation & AI** * Define and execute the **test automation strategy** across UI, API, data, and integrations. * Drive adoption of **automation‑first testing** , reducing reliance on manual regression testing. * Leverage **AI/ML‑driven testing capabilities** , including: * Intelligent test generation and maintenance * Predictive defect detection * Change impact analysis * Test coverage optimization * Continuously evaluate and introduce **modern testing tools and frameworks**. **DevOps & Continuous Quality** * Embed testing into **CI/CD pipelines** , enabling early defect detection and faster feedback loops. * Partner with Engineering, Platform, and DevOps teams to support **continuous testing** and progressive release models where appropriate. * Ensur
