Must Have

5+ years of relevant experience in automotive powertrain testing, Bachelor's in Engineering or Engineering Technology (ME, MET, EE, EET) or equivalent experience with a Vocational Degree, Proficiency in both oral and written business communication, knowledge of automatic transmission operation, clutches, controls (both hydraulic and electrical), hydraulics, and gears, Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, Solid mechanical aptitude, Proficiency with computer operation, including Microsoft Office tools

Data collection and script development, Experience with dynamometers, inertia wheels, hydraulic systems, and cooling systems, Experience with industrial controls, Experience with SAP ARIBA spend management software, Basic Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing interpretation and application

Directing the work of Technicians and Skilled Trades support to execute test setups and repairs

Acting as a resource to Test Technicians in troubleshooting test equipment faults/failures

Designing and approving test cell layouts and partner with design development for proper documentation setup
