4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing, manual testing skills, Experience writing clear, structured test cases, Experience in mentoring, coaching, and sharing best practices, Proven ability to work independently, Proven ability to lead testing activities, Familiar with the Agile development methodologies, Experience in software testing for web-based applications, Solid testing experiences, Good experience in backend/API testing, understanding of software development life cycle, understanding of software testing life cycle
Nice to Have
Experience testing on AWS or cloud infrastructure environments, Automation testing experience, Understanding of security concepts, Background in identity verification, compliance, or fintech domain, Experience in creating and running automated tests using testing frameworks, Hand-on experience in using test tools, Proficient daily use of AI coding tools, Able to decompose complex tasks, Experience with agentic workflows, Experience with AI-driven development frameworks, Hands-on experience integrating AI tools with other systems, Awareness of emerging AI tools

Mentor junior QA engineers
Coach junior QA engineers

Participate in sprint planning
Provide QA/test recommendations
Collaborate closely with clients
Ensure effective communication
Proactively resolve issues
