What tasks you can expect with us: * Planning, execution, and further development of prototype, qualification, and reliability tests in close collaboration with product and project teams * Development and implementation of structured test plans, as well as setup and support of test rigs and testing systems * Analysis, evaluation, and visualisation of test results, along with preparation of test reports and presentations * Conducting systematic fault analyses and root-cause analyses to ensure sustainable problem-solving * Contributing to the optimisation of test processes, testing procedures, safety standards, and technical documentation * Providing technical support and working closely with interdisciplinary teams, including active troubleshooting on prototypes and test equipment ## Qualifications What you should bring: * At least a completed Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a comparable qualification * Several years of experience in a hands-on engine
