This role is critical to ensuring high-quality output, process efficiency, and alignment with Flex’s global manufacturing standards._ **What a typical day looks like:** * _Directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design of testing and test control apparatus and equipment, or software and systems testing._ * _Directs and coordinates electronic engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation and calibration of instruments, equipment and control devices required to test, and record test data._ * _Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of server hardware components._ * _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability._ * _Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to customer global standards._ * _Identify, document, and track defects, and work with engineering teams to resolve issues._ * _Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders._ **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * _BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_ * _Solid experience in testing server hardware._ * _Familiar with x86 Intel server and AM
