Must Have

5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focus on AI/ML and software engineering, Experience recruiting within technology-driven organizations, startups, scale-ups, or product-led environments, Comfortable managing complex and hard-to-fill technical positions, Experience partnering with senior stakeholders, communicating effectively with hiring managers, HR, and cross-functional teams, Proven experience influencing hiring practices, driving process improvement, Experience using recruiting metrics and data to assess performance, optimize outcomes, written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to small and large groups, High business acumen, consultative, solutions-oriented mindset

What You'll Do.

Deliver full-cycle recruitment for technology and AI-related roles

Partner with hiring managers and business leaders

Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies

Build partnerships with local universities

Provide interview guidance

and hiring recommendations

Build understanding of S&P Global and Kensho’s technology strategy

Continuously improve candidate experience

and market intelligence
