8-10 years of Supervisory in executing construction and installation Projects, Directing a Sub-contractor in work activities, Technical background in electrical wiring, power supply, fiber, conduit/cabling, excavations, Report organization and conveyance, Ability to work various weekly shifts (day and night), Ability to work in the railroad outside environment daily, English Proficiency, Clear Criminal Background Check required

What You'll Do.
Support Construction Manager for project execution
Ensure compliance with HS&E rules
Ensure subcontractor submits required work plans
Maintain record of subcontractor installation progress
Identify potential problem areas and risks
Monitor construction schedule and provide forecasts
Provide interface with Installation Engineering
Track responses to Non Conformances (NCRs)
Monitor site materials inventory
