**_職責_** * 負責物業保養, 檢查維修及保養一般電力裝置、冷氣維修等工作, 包括所有酒店範圍 如客房, 公共區域, 辦公室及室外地方及進行預防性維修管理 ** _資歷_** * 中五程度或持相關證書 / 文憑 * 懂電腦操作 * 具備相關工作經驗及持有電牌者優先 ** _Responsibilities_** * Repair and maintain BMS systems to ensure that the building and all its technical areas are regularly maintained to provide a safe, clean and functional environment. **_Qualifications_** * Relevant experience or education background (Holders of certificates/diploma/High Diploma, etc)in engineering fields #LI-AA1
