Must Have
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Diesel engines, Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power generation systems (gensets), Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Heavy equipment or marine engines, Experience in engine overhaul and component repair, not just maintenance, Proven ability to work on fuel systems (injectors, pumps, governors) and rotating equipment, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals, Troubleshooting capability with a structured, root-cause approach, Comfortable working in a high-utilization, production-driven workshop environment, Willingness to travel regionally when required
Nice to Have
Prior experience with mtu engines or Rolls-Royce Power Systems products, Exposure to power generation applications, marine engines, or industrial diesel engines, Experience with CNC machines or precision repair processes for engine components, Familiarity with governmental or regulated equipment environments is an advantage
