What You'll Do.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all building systems including HVAC
and security systems.
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on complex mechanical and electrical equipment.
Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance requirements.
Ensure all safety procedures
including Crisis Management/ Business Continuity and Emergency Procedures are established
maintained and followed at all times
Monitor and analyze building performance data through SmartSense IoT sensors and analytics platform.
Interpret environmental conditions

Manage work order systems
