## Accountabilities Develop and maintain high-quality user guides, how-tos, and technical documentation tailored to general business and non-technical audiences. Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and integration teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear, structured content. Create user-centric documentation that supports product adoption and enhances the overall user experience. Ensure consistency, clarity, and accuracy across all written materials, following established style guides and documentation standards. Keep pace with product development cycles in an Agile environment, delivering documentation aligned with releases and updates. Structure information logically, ensuring content is easy to navigate, understand, and apply in real-world use cases. Participate in cross-functional discussions to gather technical details and transform them into accessible narratives. Maintain and improve existing documentation while identifying gaps and opportunities for content enhancement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in technical writing within a software or Agile product development environment. Proven ability to write clear, accessible, and user-focused documentation for business or technical audiences. Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to simplify and communicate them effectively to non-technical users. Experience working with Markdown, HTML, Swagger, or similar markup/documentation tools. Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript, and working knowledge of OpenAPI. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality output under tight deadlines.
