If you want to advance the world of fintech, we’d like to ask: Are you FIS? **About the Role** As a Senior Technical Writer, you will be part of a team responsible for transforming complex technical and functional information into clear, user-friendly documentation. You will ensure content is accurate, accessible, and delivered through the most appropriate formats and channels. **About the Team** You will be part of the Documentation Center of Excellence (Doc CoE), a horizontal function within Capital Markets focused on: * Standardizing documentation practices * Improving content quality and structure * Optimizing documentation processes * Enhancing information architecture and usability **Key Responsibilities** * Research, plan, write, and edit high-quality technical, functional, and process documentation in collaboration with cross-functional teams. * Ensure documentation aligns with FIS style guidelines, branding, and industry best practices. * Deliver documentation as per defined timelines such as sprint milestones, code completion, and product releases. * Perform peer reviews to ensure documentation quality, clarity, consistency, and compliance with established standards. * Track release schedules and manage multiple documentation deliverables proactively. * Participate in sprint planning and collaborate with stakeholders to plan documentation updates and improvements. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, English, Communications, or a related field. * Minimum 6+ years of experience in a technical writing role within a software development environment. * Strong written and verbal communica
