# **Position:** Senior Technical Writer (eInfochips Inc) # **Job Description:** **What You 'll Be Doing:** * Create and manage comprehensive documentation sets including API guides, SDK documentation, technical reference manuals, and advanced troubleshooting content. * Work independently with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, support, QA) to gather technical information and stay aligned with product development cycles. * Drive documentation planning, content architecture, and updates in parallel with product releases. * Review and edit documentation created by other writers to ensure quality, consistency, and clarity. * Mentor junior writers, providing guidance on best practices, style, and technical accuracy. * Assist in defining documentation standards, templates, and process improvements. * Support localization workflows and advise on content strategy for international releases. * Manage multiple documentation projects with minimal supervision and proactively identify content gaps. * Take ownership of documentation deliverables and lead documentation efforts across products ensuring quality of deliverable. * Will be required to utilize advanced authoring and content management tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare, XML-based systems). * Job complexity may vary among jobs within this job level and will align with one of the job complexities listed below: (1) Incumbent has knowledge and experience in own discipline and may still be acquiring higher level knowledge and skills.
