We are seeking an autonomous, high-energy Senior Technical Trainer to join our Enablement team. In this role, you will be the face of Unqork Academy, taking complex, abstract architectural concepts making them highly digestible, and continuously pivoting your delivery based on real-time learner data and coaching feedback You will independently own and deliver world-class technical workshops to a diverse ecosystem of enterprise customers, global strategic partners (GSIs), and internal employees—turning them into certified Unqork Creators. The Impact U will make: Dynamic Facilitation: Lead highly engaging, instructor-led technical workshops, bootcamps, and certification prep for customers, global partners, and internal teams that utilize active learning strategies and continuous formative assessments to verify learner understanding before advancing. Mostly remote with some in-person delivery. Curriculum Design Support: Actively collaborate as a strategic partner with the internal instructional design team, providing structured, actionable feedback from the field (e.g., sticking points, content gaps, curriculum efficacy) to drive continuous improvement.
