technical expertise in open-ended fund accounting, hands-on PAXUS experience across NAV valuation, pricing workflows, equalisation, performance fees, and security master management, proven ability to continuously build subject matter knowledge, design and deliver effective learning solutions by selecting appropriate delivery methods (instructor-led, eLearning, blended), creating end-to-end training programmes, applying instructional design principles, collaborate and build relationships effectively across all levels, working as part of a global GTT team, partnering with stakeholders to align training with business priorities, deliver operational impact, demonstrate a data-driven, solutions-focused mindset by using analytics (tickets, errors, assessments) to identify gaps, improve performance, and achieve reductions in errors, rework, and time to competence, contribute to business success by meeting key targets such as reduced PAXUS ticket volumes, improved learner satisfaction, successful onboarding and office launches, and full curriculum delivery, remain adaptable, resilient

We are looking for passion, energy, and commitment in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment. This role carries a specialist remit: the successful candidate will be IQ-EQ’s primary technical trainer for Open Ended Fund (OEF) operations on PAXUS, covering pricing, NAV valuation cycles, open-ended equalisation, and fund set-up. In addition to owning and delivering the OEF curriculum, the Senior Technical Trainer will contribute to the broader PAXUS training programme spanning induction, close-ended funds, transfer agency, and super user tracks. IQ-EQ’s PAXUS-supported business spans 14+ client-facing offices, supporting 400+ clients across 620 funds, with three new offices launching in 2026.
