Must Have
technical foundation in automation systems, computer systems, or OT environments, 3–5 years of relevant experience facilitating technical training, enablement, or customer-facing technical support, Proven ability to present complex technical material clearly and confidently to varied audiences, Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, collaboration and stakeholder engagement capabilities, Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, Willingness to travel up to 20%, with occasional international travel, Individuals with temporary visas such as E, F-1(including those with OPT or CPT), H-1, H-2, L-1, B, J or TN, or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
