What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years in end-user IT support, 2+ years at a senior or lead level, 2+ years of administrator level experience with Microsoft Intune and Kandji, administrator level experience with JAMF or similar MDM platforms, Powershell aptitude, ZSHASH aptitude, CMD aptitude, other system native languages aptitude, AI fluency, EntraID working fluency, Active Directory working fluency, Jira Service Management operational fluency, Confluence operational fluency, written documentation discipline, English fluency
Nice to Have
experience in a regulated industry (healthcare, financial services, government, defense, or similar), ScriptRunner experience, Forge experience, experience supporting a software-engineering workforce

Perform macOS imaging
Perform zero-touch provisioning
Patch third-party software
Apply hardening baselines
Orchestrate onboarding
Orchestrate offboarding
Drive down time-to-productivity
Ensure data destruction compliance
Oversee hardware disposal
Oversee hardware recycling
Remediate endpoint vulnerabilities
Remediate endpoint weaknesses
Manage endpoint refresh cycles
Manage inventory accuracy
Provide executive staff support
Produce compliance evidence
Serve as escalation point
Implement automations
