Ibotta is seeking a Sr. Technical Sourcer to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. If yes, we want to chat with you.   The ideal candidate has a proven track record of partnering with Recruiters and Hiring Managers focusing on passive candidate search and developing pipelines of talent for positions across Engineering, Data, Analytics and Product. Candidates must be able to successfully manage and prioritize several concurrent searches against tight timelines. Every day is different at Ibotta, so being able to adapt to change is a must.   This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.   Not based in Denver? We will offer a relocation bonus to help make your move to the Mile High City a smooth one.   What you will be doing:   - Technical sourcing across the full Technology organization, including Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Architecture, and Product Management - Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Technical Recruiters to understand evolving hiring needs, team dynamics, and success profiles across all of our technical teams - Build pipelines and proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive talent through advanced research, market mapping, and multi-channel outreach - Participate in special projects and initiatives including continuous improvement related to all sourcing techniques and process flows while leveraging technology / automation - Influence hiring teams with data-driven recommendations around talent market realities and sourcing prioritization - Embrace and uphold I
