You are the “subject matter expert”, responsible for technical integrity, exploiting Cornerstones functionalities maximising the platform's business value while ensuring technical stability. This role provides clear ownership of the technical realization and integration ecosystem, leading data migration initiatives, with a strong outcome oriented mindset and ability to translate requirements into acceptance criteria and ensure successful solution delivery. In this role, you serve as a high-level sparring partner to other seniors IT stakeholders, contributing with your deep-dive Cornerstone expertise. You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that every integration - whether upstream from Core HR or to downstream systems - is seamless, scalable, and robust. Your span of control ranges from license management, platform performance and stability, compliance and audit readiness, release feature prioritization, to driving medium- to large-scale initiatives that enhance the value, adoption, and impact of the platform.
