Must Have
U. S. Citizenship, Ability to obtain Secret Level security clearance, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, 5+ years experience as Business Analyst, 3+ years ServiceNow platform experience, Experience in federal contracting space, Experience in Agile/Scrum environment, Deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Knowledge of at least one other ServiceNow workflow, Experience with Jira, ServiceNow Agile, or Azure DevOps, Proficiency in Visio, LucidChart, or similar tools, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Nice to Have
ITIL v4 Foundation (or higher), Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certifications
