What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3 years of hands-on experience with DC and AC charging infrastructure, Technical background in electrical engineering, EV charging, energy systems, industrial automation, or power electronics, Experience with commissioning, field service, or technical operations within EV charging or energy infrastructure, Troubleshooting both hardware and software related issues independently, Communicate clearly with installers, technical partners, and enterprise customers, Work in a structured and autonomous way, Fluent in Dutch, Solid working knowledge of English
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Dutch installation standards and regulations, including NEN1010
What You'll Do.
Act as technical expert for DC and AC charging infrastructure
Support commissioning
and technical interventions
Diagnose and resolve issues related to charging hardware
Coordinate technical escalations with HQ Engineering
Support installers and service partners
Drive root-cause analysis
Contribute to structural improvements
Support warranty handling
Deliver technical training
