6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, at least 4+ years focused on technical recruiting, Experience leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technology to improve efficiency and scale, A proven track record of hiring high-performing technical talent in fast-paced or high-growth environments, sourcing and talent mapping skills across competitive technical markets, Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing hiring decisions through data and market insights, Clear, confident communication skills with stakeholder management abilities

Drive sourcing and pipeline generation for technical roles across Engineering
with a focus on identifying

Conduct recruiter screens and manage candidates throughout the interview process while delivering a candidate experience through proactive communication and relationship building
