ROLE OVERVIEW: As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Traba, you will play a critical role in building the foundation of our technology teams—Engineering, Product, and Design. Leveraging your extensive experience in technical recruitment, you will identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent to drive our innovative efforts forward. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - End-to-End Technical Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for senior-level technical roles, focusing on identifying and hiring top talent for our Engineering, Product, and Design teams. - Innovative Sourcing Strategies: Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates, including those with niche skill sets. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide strategic recruitment insights, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process. - Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, reflecting Traba’s commitment to excellence. - Employer Branding: Champion Traba’s culture and values within the tech community, positioning us as an employer of choice for top technical talent. - Process Optimization: Continuously refine and enhance our recruitment processes, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging data to drive decisions.
