What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years technical recruiting experience, Track record of recruiting across a wide range engineering roles, You know how to drive a search end to end, and when to flag concerns, Excellent relationship-building skills, Adept at navigating technical communities and understanding engineering culture in fast-paced environments, Data-driven approach to influence from aligning on total addressable market and target profiles to influencing process changes, You utilize AI in your work consistently

What You'll Do.
Partner with engineering and technical leadership to develop comprehensive recruiting strategies and hiring plans for software engineering
